Yes, she's still a silver regardless of her breast color because she inherited one "pastel" gene from her father for body color and one allele from each parent that produces the blue body mutation.
Is her head a light beige color or almost pure white? It's hard to tell from the pictures.

She is almost pure white !
Can I ask the question again, does the silver's beak turn black when she is ready to mate ?
