Gouldian Babies

Post by jeanne223 » Fri Oct 17, 2008 12:20 pm

Well,
All the rest of the babies seem okay. Momma is feeding them and Dad is pretty lazy(lol) He just peeks in and seems like he couldn't be bothered. Makes it hard on Mom. I am happy however that all seems to be going better and I am just going to try not to disturb them for now.
It is always exciting to have new babies but also makes you a little nervous that things won't go so good. I am new at this and really didn't expect this pair to have eggs so soon. I really enjoy this forum and everyones input is so helpful. I was wondering if anyone knows how Owl finches would be around Gouldians I am thinking about getting some in the future. If anyone has them let me know how they are.
Thanks,
Jeanne

owls and gouldians get along great together, although the owls will make the gouldians look like couch potatoes  then again nearly every finch does that
Addicted to Finches, yes I do admit it.
I pray they never find a cure.
