She is sitting all day on her eggs. At night she is out and about so I don't know if she goes back or not

I am an "early to bed" person, so I don't wait around to see if she is roosting in there at night. I guess we will see. The eggs won't hatch if she doesn't sit on them at night will they?

No, I'm afraid 7 or 8 hours a night is too long for the eggs to be left uncovered. Hopefully she's a latenighter and an early riser. :)

Well I tossed the eggs. They were cold this morning. She sat all day and off all night......
I am hoping they will start over.

I empathize with you, Donna - I just pitched some eggs last night from my blue Gouldian hen with a yellow back male. Wish they would get it RIGHT!

I had this happen once with a hen not sitting at night. I told a friend of mine and she told me she had this happen with a Cordon Bleu pair. She said they didn't sit for 6 straight nights but finally did the 7th. Every one of those eggs hatched. You sure wouldn't think this would work but it happened to her. I would just see what happens if they do it again and not toss them until they are past the date of hatching. Good luck!!
