By the way, you can save empty eggs, let the dry out and use them as face eggs. They are perfect, if a little fragile.

I have saved ten eggs just by sitting them on a shelf in my room and leaving them there for a month or so. They don't seen to rot, even if you don't drain them.

No, they don't rot.
They just dry out over time, and can be used, if your very careful with them.

They seem to take turns with the zebra finches.
When the society's are eating the zebras sit on the eggs.

Yep, and even my siskins and goldfinches are checking if the eggs are still there. The previous owner always took them away.lovezebs wrote: SidneyDR
