please help me....i had 9 eggs with my zebras...some were laid in late march so i assume they are not fertile....today they tossed 2 eggs out..one was broke and the inside just looked like gooey stuff...the other egg i put back in the nest......i threw away the broken egg...my question is....what do i do with eggs that never hatch??????

I just throw mine away. You can always shine a flashlight against them to see if they were ever fertile.

The good news is, with zebras you know they'll always lay more!

Sorry about this batch. Those laid late in the month may only now be showing signs that they're fertile - it takes about a week.
