OK, don't know if spices really are obnoxious (as they are per Carmen) or if these two are being typical teenagers, but I'm going to have to separate them from their foster parents tomorrow as soon as I get another cage together. Little buggers pulled out one hen's ENTIRE tail (she looks so sad), and just saw that they've picked the feathers off the chest of the other. Little sh#ts. I know it's them, since I've seen them do it. No respect for the parents, and to think they used to be so cute! Is this typical juvie behavior? Good news is they're starting to get their adult scallops - interesting how their adult coloring is coming in. :x
