Try shortening her "daylight" hours, whether natural or artificial, to only 11 or 10 hours a day, by covering the cage with a dark cloth and making sure there is no light nearby that's still shining through.

With a day length of less than 12 hours, her body should detect that it's "winter", which is not a good time for raising babies, and her hormone levels should drop and the egg laying should stop or at least decrease.

Doesn't always work, but often it does.

Separate the pair.
That was the ONLY way that I could stop one of my hens from laying eggs.
