They look fine. However I had 8 eggs. then 2 hatched and one was tossed leaving me with 5. today there is 4 with an empty shell on bottom of cage. however the 3 kid is missing. could his brothers be sitting on him?

It could be, that it was simply an empty egg.
I would gently reposition the 2 chicks, to see if he's underneath them. But I mean be super gentke, disturbing the nest as little as possible. Also check the floor of the cage for a possible tossed chick. If found alive, place it back in the nest, if dead then bury it or discard it as you wish.
