I did the feeding every 2 hours through the night.
And it was AWFUL.
Lack of GOOD sleep is just not good.

That was the one single thing that made me cringe, when considering hand feeding a tossling. And that is what makes good fosters more than worth their weight in gold.

I can understand I only did one night and thought there's no way I could do this. I don't think I would have had the success I did without Babs help. :D

Oh you have been there for me for plenty of input. Happy to be there for you! If I could go to everyone's house and help them handfeed, I would. Once you are confident, and vigilant, it's all fine.

Its that fear of the tiny body that holds people back. The right tools and a steady hand and a lot of love is all it takes.

Thank you.
.@Babs
You are so right such a tiny little thing it seems hopeless at first. I'm feeling much more encouraged now. He is definitely getting stronger he wants to latch on to the eye dropper. I am going to try and find one with a longer tube at the end. Similar to the one you are using. The one I have now has a little ball at the end and when I put a drop in the baby's throat too much air is getting in and causing little bubbles in his throat. I've read that it's quite common to get air bubbles when hand feeding. But I think a longer and eye dropper will help me get it in his mouth without so much air.

I use these. No big bulb at the end. that why your baby isn't latching. Your bulb is too big. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Set-of-12-pc-Gl ... 0005.m1851

Wow!!! Good job!!! =D> He's looking great! Thicken up the formula for him now. He can handle "pudding" and he will grow like a weed! :)

Its wonderful when they look at you while they feed . <3
