Thank you it's been a great experience. I'm not sure but I'm thinking he's going to be blue. There is a 50-50 chance but from the coloring of his feather starting they seem more grayish blue than green.

What color is his middle nodules? If it's yellow you know its going to be a greenback. However I have had green/blue that had white nodules. It's anyones guess now.

Makes you smile when you look back and remember how incredibly tiny he was, doesn't it?

They were white nodules in the center. At the time I thought maybe it was wishful thinking. LOL. I noticed his skin was a paler color than the typical green babies. But now that I can see the tips of the feathers I'm quite certain he will be blue. I wish I could tell if it were male or female it will be awhile before I know.
Hard to believe how quickly they grow. It's a good thing!

Looks like a Blue baby to me, but then I'm no expert.

I do believe that white middle nodules mean Blue baby, if I remember right.

What colour are the parents?

Glad to see that he's thriving.

A couple of more pictures.
I showed this picture to a few people who said to me he looks burnt to a crisp! LOL. Their skin is so shiny and dark. I must admit they aren't much of a looker at this stage. :D

The parents are lovely, as is your Crispy baby... now there's a good name, Crispin, lol.

His eyes should be opening in a few days, I imagine, and then you'll make a real connection with him, and he with you.

Happy 2 week Birthday Blueberry :-BD

Fraser...
What you're seeing are the sheaths of his feathers, if my eyes serve me right.
