I haven't trimmed his beak at all.
I think he started singing very early I kept hearing a weird squeaky sound before I knew he was male for sure and suspected it was that. Its gradually improved and more recognizable as a song. He's been practicing allot. I wish I could get better pictures now, he's really cute in person. Ha ha

He's pretty independent but he will still hop on my hand etc. Still coloring up. He sleeps in his little hut every night.

Just thought I would post an update. He has still be doing well... a bit clumsy but otherwise does well.
