Nuns - Ooops

I know its a no no to house some types of finches. I have one pair of Silver Head Nuns and 1 pair of Black Headed NUns in a very large Aviary.

I noticed the other day a Black Head Nun in a Cane Basket Nest.

I had the courage to check yesterday and there are 2 young in there.

Now I think the Black Headed NUn has paired up with a SIlver Headed NUn.

What do I do, I will split them up after they finish raising the young. What will the babies turn out to be and would they be fertile?

Any help would be appreciated.

My GUESS since they're so closely related is that the chicks will be fertile. Personally I would just make sure that the chicks don't breed. It'll be interesting to see how they turn out, though - let us know!

Some of the males may be fertile in their second year. None of the females will be fertile.

Do you have any recent pics of the baby nuns?
