Just be really patient... Right now i am trying to breed my societies, zebras and Java finches. I am getting impatient as days go by without breeding and eggs in nests. I know how you feel.

Even with Zebras, you have to give them some time to settle in. It is far too soon to give up on them and switch mates. They haven't even really adjusted to their new home yet.

Dont worry you should see eggs soon enough. it took about a week before all my finches settled down in the new flight cage and started laying eggs. Now its been a little over a week and i have at least 6 nest with fertile eggs and 3 other nest that may be fertile but were just laid to soon to candle.
