Can't help you with the outside aviary question, since my birds are all inside, but I would recommend you keep a small bottle of liquid calcium on hand for emergency use. A drop or two of liquid calcium directly into the beak can save the life of an eggbound hen.

Morningbird makes liquid calcium with D3.... you can get it at ladygouldian.com or glamgouldians.com
In a dire emergency human grade liquid calcium with D3 can be used but since it is meant for humans I would not use it daily. (you can get this at the pharmacy)
As far as the Florida weather it is that time of the year where our temps yo-yo all over the place and it is getting cooler outside... you can tarp or use a visqueen sheeting to prevent chilly wind and rain from getting to the birds... a small heat lamp helps also... do not put it next to the box, it may make the box to warm. you can put it a little away from the box to warm the area near the perch near the box. Many use a ceramic heat shield and warming(not basking) bulb.
I had turned a very long lanai into a bird room years ago, during our cooler/cold months I hung tarps from hooks on the wood trim above the patio screening, overlapping to prevent wind from coming in... I could draw them back, clipping them open (you can do the same thing with a curtain rod and shower rings and pull them to one side) to let the warm sun come into the room when it warmed up but could close the tarp like curtains on chilly nights and ran a heater... it was toasty warm and the birds did great.

Love both pictures...you can use an heater in the closed room... Think Debbie said she uses an oil filled heater. do you have a cement slab or solid floor in the enclosed/walled in area?
You can run tarps on the outside on really cold nights and adding heat lamps in area in screened in area, I have seen folks enclose ceramic heat lamps in 1/4 inch wire boxes, the lamp is suspended inside the box, the 1/4 inch wire box keeps the birds off the lamp so not to burn themselves.

I also have any outdoor aviary for my finches. It has been in the mid to low 50's in the evening (in SE Texas) and up to 90 during the day. So far I haven't enclosed the aviary but I have a couple of heat lamps on at night in case some of them want to use them. Once it starts getting below 50 I will start enclosing the aviary to have more warmth and block any cold wind. I used oil filled heaters last winter and they worked great. I also used Debbie's idea of the remote thermometer that you can pick up at Lowes, Walmart or Home Depot. That way you can monitor the temp in your aviary from inside your home...day and night! It was a life saver!!!
