Green singer female has no interest in breeding

We tried everything. Boiled eggs everyday, breeding molting season mixed seeds. All types of nesting material, premade nests by me, nests made by male etc.
Male is dying to mate but she doesn`t. Not a chance just running away, fighting to not to do it. I will almost believe she is gay :S

Our previous pair was super eager to mate, put the nest and she would lay eggs and they would made any second.

What do you think is wrong?

How much light does she get? What season are you in? Has there been a change in temperature? And also how old is she?

We live in Tempe Arizona, so it is always summer here

Temperature is fixed to 76-78F year around indoors.

They have sunlight from the window and two full spectrum fluorescent lights.

They both work on making the nest together but then.. she is NO! NO! NO!
