Piemur and Baby White Breast (A Love Story)

Hello Finchy Folk.
As some of you may know, I set up my Pet Shop rescue Pim, and my own baby BB, in a breeding cage, to see what they will do.
Setting them up in a Honeymoon Suite, on Halloween, was a total coincidence, and I didn't even consider it until right now. Let's hope it won't affect the outcome in any adverse manner, such as being presented with baby Gouldians sporting little pumpkin heads...or carrying their heads under their wings....
Piemur and Baby White Breast's romance, began in a community flight, or at least his romance began, while she snubbed him at every opportunity, turning her beak up in the air, whenever he approached. Poor little Pim, the Pet Shop reject and resident ugly duckling, (relegated to the back room) only had eyes for BB. Our wee Princess, however had eyes for anyone else but him, as he followed her around like a wistful puppy.
Time went by, days, weeks, months..... and the 'ugly duckling', shed his shabby feathers, growing a beautiful brand new coat that would dazzle any maiden.
Princess BB, was no exception, as her pretty eyes suddenly started following this transformed young fellow around the flight. Other young ladies took notice as well, and BB, didn't like that one little bit, as she started following Pim around, shooing the other girls away.
Pim, was a boy in paradise, as BB's beak began turning black just for him. He sang for her, and she listened with rapt attention. He danced for her, and she danced back, even fluttering her pretty tail. Pim's eyes just about rolled into the back of his handsome head.
It was time!
So when a Honeymoon suite became available, they moved in.
Although BB, was somewhat disappointed with the fixer upper, Pim convinced her overnight. As of today, they are happily building a nest together.
