You could try changing mates if you have others available

Very nice birds, both look healthy but may not be in full breeding condition which normaly shows by beak colour, cocks beak should be completely pearly white and hens should show a good bit of blackness.
I'd similar problems with clear eggs this time last year but same birds are filling eggs now after going through moult followed by 6 wk austerity diet and finaly increasing protein/softfood a few weeks before pairing up this year.
You could try letting them have a 3rd clutch but if still clear i think you should remove nest, if they start moulting within a few weeks of removing nest box then do as mentioned above with aim of introducing nest again in about 6 months.

Smurf i am gonna remove the nest....and gonna do what you did....its just that when i got them they were moulting...i waited for the moult to complete...and waited for them to come in breeding condition...gave them protein diet..

If the've gone through a moult already they may not go through another until same time next year, keep them on the protein/eggfood until they finish moult and then put on seed only austerity diet.
Here's an article i followed throughout last year

The hens break looks blackened to me in the picture and the SF Pastel males beak that is red tipped will stay red when in breeding mode.
You might want to consider that one may be too fat to breed properly and/or one may not be fertile. If your not letting them continue to try I would cut back on the egg food to 2 or 3 times a week and let their hormone level reduce. Once they start their annual molt add more egg to their diet as the feathers will need the protein. Mine molt in spring and breed right after their molt. If that's the way yours are cycling do not give them a seed only diet after they molt.
Good luck
