Sea Green Babies!!!!!

I recently purchased a pair of sea green parrot finches, (the hen is pied), and they have been dutifully sitting in the nest for two or three weeks now. I was warned to leave this pair alone as far as nest checks because they had a really bad habit of abandoning in the past if disturbed. So I've been really good and left them alone. Last night, I finally heard the beggings of at least one baby, and hopefully more! I'm BEYOND excited
I'll have to wait until they fledge to take pics, but I can't wait

Thank you! One of the pair is pied, so I would love to get a pretty pied sea green out of this clutch

I hope you get one that is pied.I have 4 baby society that are 3 weeks old today and all look just like dad very hard too tell them apart unless they stay still.Good luck with babies will be watching for pictures in a few weeks

Look who decided to make an entrance yesterday....I was so worried that it fledged too early, I put it back in the nest twice and it flew back out twice. Then I got chewed out by mom, so I left it alone. I'm hoping there's at least one more in the nest. I can't imagine this little thing was the only one making all of that noise! I never saw mom or dad feed it last night, so I hope they are!
