Post by Madcat » Sat Aug 06, 2016 2:52 pm

I went in to do my daily check/clean and found an egg n the bottom of the cage  umm...y'all ... My birds usually start in fall!! They never start this early!!!! This is the silver male and green split blue female. Maybe it's my fault. Last month I gave them that viagra stuff for birds ....

Yesterday the female started sittin already!! I waited for her to come out so I could check the nest...six eggs since I posted this 6 days ago. Man... I gotta make room in the aviary. Anyone having trouble breeding??? If you have been giving your goulds a healthy diet all along, then start aviagra with a bonded pair. 8)

What is that "viagra stuff" for birds called?
Favorite hobby is continuing to improve on a landscaped, weather protected, 500 sq ft mixed aviary with 23 fascinating species. 30 years in the making; currently have
19 different Finch species, 2 types of Doves, plus 23 Button Quail and 30 pair of clear Red Factor Canaries.

My goodness whatever next,

Avigra ( viagra ) to breed birds :-O

The manufacturer of this is obviously onto a good thing,

Totally ridiculous, there's absolutely no skill in the breeding of any birds by using this,

It's not skilled natural breeding......its forceifing the birds #-o

Sorry to sound a little blunt but any serious breeder worth there salt wouldn't use this
