White Zebra finch has bump on foot. Bumblefoot? (photo)

My white Zebra finch has a lump on her left foot. She had stayed at a local reputable retail store for the past 4-5 months.

For the experts: Is this Bumblefoot? Something else? Is it possible that this will go away as long as she eats healthy and continues to get exercise? I would love to save her.
