Echos of Brat in the night...

I have insomnia tonight. Its 4am and I was taking some time downstairs to look over posts, trying to get sleepy. Being up for the last 3 hours, I know I will end up sleeping in today when I go back to bed.
I figured I would make the boiled egg for the molters and my breeding pair now so they won't have to wait for me to get up late.
In the darkness, as I quietly slide the ceramic dish with eggfood into Jet-Bubbles cage, it clinks against the metal shelf. A harsh scream comes out from the nest of babies
, followed by a LOUD insistant "eh eh eh eh".
Seems one of Brat's gouldian grand kids is gonna be another cranky pants.
