Small crack in egg

My society finch has a clutch of 5 eggs. I recently candled the eggs since the incubation period was near the end. I believe all 5 are fertile since I see networks of blood vessels within each one. But after I had candled them, I took a peek inside a few hours later, and there seemed to be a crack in one of the eggs. The crack is VERY light and thin and I would not have seen it if I didn't candle them again. I believe I may have disturbed this egg while I was candling.

I was wondering if I needed to take measures on repairing the egg since the crack is literally a line and everything is still intact. Would even a small crack such as this one affect the baby inside? I have researched about repairing eggs and I understand the procedure, but I was wondering if it was necessary, or if it would actually do more damage to the chick.

This article explains how to repair eggs. I've never tried it, so can't advise you. If you decide to repair it, please tell us how you did it.
