I guess patience really is necessary. Look what I found this morning after not checking the nest for 3 days. Sneaky little buggers. Just when I was debating when to pull the eggs. There's four in there in case you can't tell. I would have posted this on the other thread but I can't figure out how to add photos to a subsequent post.

Congratulations!!!
Now you see why I always recommend leaving the eggs for at least another week after the ETA. Our counting and their timing are not always in sync.

I listened for cheaping but never heard that either. I was starting to worry that they might start laying more eggs and I wouldn't know the new ones from the old ones. I shone the flashlight in one last time and saw something pink so I got my camera and was shocked to find 4 in there.
