Hello Folks,

In the meanwhile, behind curtain number two, in another nest in a not so far away galaxy (drum roll please...) more monster aliens just a squawking away....

Couldn't get a good picture, but those pink e.t. bobble heads are in there, I saw them with those tiny swaying heads and giant wide open mouths,

I tell you folks, run for the hills, as they are taking over.

Not really a bumper crop yet, lol.

We shall see what all happens with this new nest of infants. I know they are beeing fed, so that's good.

Then there is a nest full of eggs..... not sure what's going on in there. My young Lady Blue laid a clutch in there with Scout. They hatched one baby and killed it. This freaked them out and they abandoned. Another girl took over the nest, laid more eggs and is sitting tight.... So I have no idea what will pop out of these eggs (if anything at all). She hasn't tossed out Blue's eggs, so if any were fertile, who knows

I have to say, I am finding community flight breeding very confusing

Believe it or not, there is only one big fat chick in nest # 2.

With all the screaming coming from out of there, I was sure that there were at least half a dozen in that nest, but only one giant baby named Bubba

Maybe he ate the others...

Woo hoo! His name is Bubba!! Now to find that gouldian suit so Bubba can do that dance for us. Your son is gonna think your nuts everytime you say that bird's name. hahaha

My son already thinks (knows) I'm nuts when it comes to birds, so naming one Bubba, well that won't surprise him too much . He'll just and shake his head one more time.

You should hear the racket this one baby makes, Holy Crow! He doesn't beg to be fed, he demands to be fed . His poor parents are run ragged, untill Mom finally parks her butt on his head to shut him up, lol.
