"Flock" of juvenile BC Cordon Bleus

Pic that I took three weeks ago of our 10 Blue-capped Cordon Bleus juveniles sitting together on a branch. The oldest is 5.5 months and the youngest is 3 months old. They love to sing and there is always at least one that will sing back to you if you talk to them.

Thanks Sally and Elana. They are smart birds. When it's meal worm time they recognize the bowl and all line up a branch. Then when the meal worms are put in the dish the racket starts until all the worms are gone. Usually about 3-5 minutes.

They were raised by our Societies. The male repeatedly tossed the chicks. So after three clutches of tossed chicks we started giving the eggs to our Societies.

That's awesome the Societies will raise them! They are just beautiful! I am partial to the bleus!
