Well Folks...

Cleaning the flights yesterday, I suddenly came across a tiny Zebra fledgling sitting in one corner .

Those sneaky Zebras, never even knew they had an egg in a nest.

Looks like a tinsy CFW chicklet.

It was just such a surprise to see him there, staring at me, with his little butt raised right up into the corner, lol.

Ahah nice surprise wish this was me would love to walk into the aviary and see some fledglings they don't seem to wanna breed could it be the cold weather

He's young to be out of the nest, but doesn't want to go back so what can you do

They're so adorable when they think they got it all sorted out but when tummy start gurgling man do they run back to mommy and daddy. Hahahhaha reminds of someone here

Hi All,

Little Surprise, who fledged on September 3rd, is still begging...

...and guess what, EVERYONE in the flight is feeding him, both Zebras and Socies.

This little guy has it made, big time, lol.

P.S. He knows how to eat and drink on his own, but finds screaming to be fed easier Talk about being lazy and spoiled rotten, hah ha hah.

Boy does he ever have them well trained. He is the only baby in the flight at the moment, and he thinks he's a little prince.
