a question : those green leaves in the nest with babies are them fresh [-X leaves or dried one?!
if they are fresh that will create lot of moisture
They are the silverbeet leaves I feed to my birds as their fresh greens. I think these ones are dried out tho. Silly birds for putting them in their nest tho. I only give them soft hay for their nest material but it’s amazing all the things the parents manage to gather up. I’ve even found a whole toy in one nest before!
