So all 4 eggs have hatched off my black breast hen and my normal cock however three look black skinned and one is pink

I don't know sorry, all my baby zebra finches ( that I've seen as hatchlings ) were pink.

dad is grey split to fawn based on what u said , and mum is BB fawn
so you have 50% that this little to be a fawn hen and 50% that it could be a fawn cock
grey /fawn x fawn : 50% male grey /fawn % 50 male fawn , 50 % hen are fawn , 50% grey hen
that explain why u have grey and pinky
