@MariusStegmann and I agree I would try not to breed him if he did carry this genetic fault but i would keep him just for the expierence I would of had with him as he’s something different to all the that makes him special

Fraza Nope, this is the first time that i have heard about a bird that take long to develop. Interesting that the incubation period was the same.

I'm like 2 years late on the post, but has he survived? If so, are there any pictures? I wonder how his beak turned out later on.
