KiraEverheart

Unfortunately, someone was not honest with you. If there are eggs, you have at least one hen. We need to help you sex your birds, as if you have only one hen, she will be harassed by the three males, plus the males will fight over her. If you aren't interested in breeding, or you don't know where to place the babies after they are weaned, I would suggest tossing the eggs. If you decide to keep them, start thinking about what to do with the babies in the future, as it can be hard to find homes for Zebra finches (they are so numerous).

Another thing to consider is that these four are likely siblings, and you don't want to breed brother to sister, as that can lead to genetic problems, and any babies out of a brother/sister breeding must be matched in future with mates of entirely different bloodliines.

If you can post some photos of the birds, some of our members can help you sex them, and then you can decide what you will do.

Welcome to the forum! There's lots of good reading at http://www.finchinfo.com, where you will find articles on breeding and especially the Zebra finch. If you put your general location in your profile, it makes it easier for members to help you.

Welcome to the forum! I'd love to see photos of your zebra finches. What colors are they? All male zebra finches ( apart from white and some pied...) have cheek patches, breast barring and flank spots whereas the females are rather plain. The males also sing. And seeing as your finches would be about 3 months their beaks should be fully colored. A males beak is a more redish Color and the females beaks are more orange! Hope this helps!
