So I’ve had her paired to a normal however I think he hasn’t fawn in his genes as he has brown on his wings and her eggs hatched 4 out of 4 and they only survived about 4 weeks then sadly I made a mistake where parents couldn’t feed and they died,however one chick has white pin feathers

I’ve just had her paired with a black cheek but I’ve just bought a black cheek female to go with him so now I have no more males.

what can I have her paired to, I’m on the look for a male what would produce nice chicks or mutation however I can’t have stuff like black breast or black cheeks they are to hard to find.

I’ve seen white males silver males and normals with peachy coloured cheek patches or would a normal black W best

Hi mate, bb is recessive. So to have a chance to get bb chiks the male must be at least splir for bb.
If u don't have split u can creat them from that hen. In u r place i will paire her with regular grey, or a regular fawn. For a must i'd like to add some silver.
Any way if u dont have visible bb or split for bb male u shoul work on for two seasons

haroun okay well today I was gonna throw out her old eggs with the black cheek but she’s laid two knew ones so am gonna wait for her to finish this clutch now I might just keep her paired to him and then pair my black cheek hen to a silver or normal

Then if I get a split Male black cheek of her I will pair him to the blackbreast and then the black cheek original can go with the black cheek hen
