So my opal Isabel pair have bred and their chick are quite old now 2 weeks and here they are but one seems to have red eyes is this rare ??

Cinnamon colored often have red eyes. They seem to be sensitive to certain kinds of light.

I don't think so. The one I had was always sensitive to some lights and never wanted to be in the sun. I've seen the fawns at bird marts with the red eyes also.
