What's Going On Here?

So, I had a male Zebra finch and decided to get him some girlfriends. I got the two girls the same day and to this point have had no problems. Well today one of my girls is aggressively going after the other. I thought that a 2 female to 1 male ratio was okay. I do know that my aggressive female paired up with my male almost immediately. I am sure this is a territory/breeding thing, but I don't want anybody getting hurt. Should I go ahead and take the pair out and put them in a separate cage? They all are in a very large cage right now, so I know they have enough space. I'm just sad because everybody was getting along so well and now today they hate each other. Thoughts?

Yep it happens zebras are extra ly agreesive and fight to death so they can be in a pair

The only solution now is to take away the extra female or add another female and 2 males this way u will have a trio of ours and this work s

Zebras work in pairs of 3,5 or 7
