Male doesn´t sing

Hi,
I have five gouldians. Three females and two males. I had them in an aviary where they could fly freely with plenty of space. I know the males are males because they have bright colours and a larger tail. But there have been months since I haven´t seen them sing, or jump in front of the females or show interest in them.
About a week ago I put each of the females with one male in separated cages, with a nest, because I would like them to breed.
But the males aren´t showing any interest in the females.
Is there something I should do?

They might be females.

Could you post pictures of your birds?

Are your birds moulting, during which time they won't show much interest in breeding.

What sort of a diet are they on?

Sorry I took some days to come back. I’m not at home and I had some trouble logging in without my PC.
When I get home next week I will send you pictures.
They are not moulting.
I give them seeds and egg food, and once a week I give them vitamins diluted in their drinking water, and liquid iodine once a week .

For me it´s clear that my two supposed males are indeed males, but I would appreciate your comments.

What´s strange is that, as I said before, they don´t sing or show interest in the hens.

Thank you!

I have not received any comments :( ...
I don´t know if with the pictures you think each pair are indeed male and female.
Or if you think something is missing that causes them to behave with this indifference.
I have bred gouldians before and this had never happened to me.

It looks like you have male/female pairs to me. When I had gouldians, I remember it taking around 4-6 months before the male and female seemed interested in each other. How close are the gouldians to you? I couldn't hear mine sing unless I was a few feet from him, although I could see him sing (he would tilt his head forward and fluff his crown feathers).

Definitely 2 males. I wouldn't worry too much if they aren't breeding yet. It seems to me that once they get started, they breed almost as prolifically as the Zebras. I have a pair of redface that have put out 3 clutches since February and a pair of blackface that have put out 1 clutch. The BFs lost interest after the 1 clutch while the RFs went on laying. I am expecting them all to get back on the job now that we are moving into Spring. Give yours (and nature) time.

Thank you!
They were in an aviary outside, it was not so easy to listen to them. But I went often and I never saw the males singing or jumping.
About three weeks ago I put them in two cages with nests because I would like them to breed, and I haven´t seen them sing yet.
But one of the pairs do seem interested in the nest, I will share with you if there are good news.
I will be patient.
Thank you!
