questions about zebra finch eggs
my female zebra finch layed 3 eggs but im not 100% sure if the male fertilized the egg. what are the odds of successful breeding with those finches?

My zebras would raise a clutch every month if I'd let them. On average, probably three quarters of the eggs they lay hatch. Have you noticed them mating at all?

i just candled them and so far 2 eggs are fertilized not sure about the 3rd one, I handled them with care and, is it safe to candle them? are they gonna sit still on them again or incubate on those eggs again? I'm a newbie in breeding and Im kinda excited about it
