Hello,
I have three zebras: a father and two sons which I'm thinking of putting into a large aviary along with three new females for breeding.
I was wondering if there will be genetic problems if the offspring of these three pairs eventually mate. Or will I need to do some separation down the line to prevent this? Please can someone advise me on this,
thank you so much!

Re: Suitable pairings
You may need to do some prevention in the future but not other genetics more over fighting now

Re: Suitable pairings
Thanks,
do you mean that if I put the males in an aviary, even a very large one, with three new females, they will fight over the females? If so, should I put them in different spaces?
I'm just trying to figure out where they should go as I don't have the space, but I've found some other owners who are willing to take them. I also have two females who I'm going to keep. They are all related to each other. Mother, father and three siblings.
Please reply,
thank you.
