Hello. My female zebra finch had laid a clutch of 7 eggs Friday morning. They were sitting on the eggs for a few hours, however they've just stopped. They haven't sat on the eggs all day. Is there anything I can do to help the birds, and is there any chance at all of saving these eggs. Thanks in advance. Side note, two of the seven eggs had broke.

Are you sure all day? If you want the chicks, you could incubate them, but they might not hatch if they have been cold all day. The pair might also just have abandoned the nest... maybe the eggs r not viable? Good luck though!

Okay. I will look into incubators. Hopefully it will work. Thank you for the advice. I read somewhere that finches don't normally sit on the eggs until all off them are laid, which usually takes more than one day, apparently. So feeling hopeful. And Thank you again
