Canary hen not sitting on eggs

I have a hen that laid eggs in the food dish, despite having a nest in the cage to use. Not wanting things to be disturbed I added another food dish. There's 3 eggs, last one was laid two days ago. Today she's sitting in the new food dish. Do I move the eggs?
