Week 1 has arrived!!

Post by Raven85 » Thu Feb 01, 2007 6:21 pm

Geesh...mr kenny was right...talk about gettin louder..these babies can be heard in the next room..lol..& I can just make out a few *prickly pin* feathers..boy is it gettin crowded in the nest & still chirp & dale sleep in with the babies at night.

Ok I admit it..I enjoy watching the babies gettin fed..their so funny with those mouths open & hangin onto the parents beaks when feeding...& talk about goin thru the seed & eggs..in 1 week the parents have eaten/fed 6 eggs worth of eggs-n-shells...and almost 2 pounds of seed..time to head to the petstore this weekend for more seed..(wonder if it comes in a 5-10 pound bag)lol
