Has anyone noticed lack of detail since Laraine left? I used to be able to call and someone would always answer the phone to answer a question or place an order. The last few times I've tried to call, no one picks up.
Also, they keep mis-spelling my name and one time they sent my order to an incorrect address.
I've emailed Karen and she has NEVER responded back.
Is it just me, or does this company not want my address?

That's correct Bill. They are sisters, used to share the one website, but now Laraine has her own website. Laraine has always been very quick to answer my emails.

I believe so, should say on the web sites where they are located.

I use the the one in CA because shipping is less expensive/faster since I'm just 2 states away. I remember calling Laraine a few years ago about a sick finch. She was so helpful and wanted to me keep her up to date on the finch's progress and was very caring.

Just seems that with the CA site, Karen doesn't seem to care as much. I just realized the bag of Miracle Meal I bought opened inside the shipping box! I prefer to support hobby breeders, but Tiffany has been busy recently. I'll just be patient until she has more free time.

Oops! I meant to say "...does this company not want my BUSINESS?"!!

I'm busy - but never too busy to handle questions or product orders ;)

I should be signing a new lease tomorrow and then I'm hoping most of the chaos in my life right now will begin settling down.

I live 10 minutes from the one in CA but still have to buy it from GA and Bird Supply in NH.

Never got response back from the one in CA, phone and email.
