I have ordered through www.ladygouldianfinch.com as well as www.ladygouldian.com. If I understand correctly, they are sisters. Service from both has been exceptional every time!

Me too. Several orders and no problems. The order came faster than other sites.

I ordered from them before. The service was great. No complaints.

Find out about importation duty costs. I was a bit shocked when I had to pay additional charges (almost as much as what I paid for the products) when they called to release it from customs.

After that I searched a bit harder for products available here under the same active ingredient and have managed to find them all under different product names or in some cases the same name. I only regret not being able to get herb salad....

I ordered from them, and one of the plastic feeders arrived cracked. On my next order she included 1-2 more at no charge! Great service.

I just placed an order today with LG (first time) I needed S76. There was a women who sells similar product in the next city over from me, but the cost was more than LG and her shipping was more as well! Its funny because LG is American, and this lady is just the city next to mine!
With LG Im able to get the medication, plus 2 free samples, and a set or colored bands...and it STILL was cheaper than what this womens price was.

Anyways, from what Ive been reading everyone has had a good experience with LG.
How long typically does this take to receive your order? (just standard shipping)
How do people know that its shipped out right away?
When I placed my order, I just got an email that said they recieved the order, and just have my order number (4 digit) thats all I know.

Usually when they send you the e-mail about receiving your oder they will send out another e-mail after that saying that your order has been shipped and give you a tracking number. I'm not sure what LG does but thats what most companies do that ship USPS.

I have ordered from both but use the LadyGouldians that is on the West Coast and they send e-mails when they receive your order they send e-mails when the order is shipped with a tracking # so you can track your order. They are great can't say enough about them.....

Does the LG site do the exchange rate at the time of purchase? It calculated the shipping cost for me before purchase, and gave the total.
Do they calculate it afterwards, or was the total I saw the total I paid in Canadian dollar?.....now Im a little worried that it wont go through
