Looking for a reasonable place to order Abba seed 1900.

www.bulkbirdfood.com

They are both actually the same place, one site just offers smaller sizes, the other the big bulk bags. If you have any questions, just call, very nice guy, and I've always had great service from them.

Do you use abba a lot? I used it for a it but seemed very "greasy" and my birds weren't very fond of it.Learning Finch wrote: Looking for a reasonable place to order Abba seed 1900.

Re: Abba seed
No I have never tried Abba. I just bought a couple Forbes from a local guy who breeds Forbes, Gouldians, and Chestnut breastfed manikis. And by far his birds were the most beauty full I have ever seen. So I asked what he feeds. Abba and another seed mix that I already use from paradise earth. So what the heck. I figure I'd be a follower.

Learning Finch
Try it, if they like it then feed it, if not, then you have learned what they don't like.

Re: Abba seed
I feed all of my birds abba seed and they love it and look beautiful and are healthy, from gouldians to macaw ! Fortunately there is a bird specialty store close to me that carries and sells it in bulk so I don't have to pay the shipping fee so that makes it very affordable.
You can order the seed direct from abba seed company if you don't have a distributor close to you. That way you may save by not having the distributor mark up and also you know you are getting fresh seed that hasn't been sitting in questionable storage. I am sure your birds will love it!
