Gouldian Image Gallery

Post by fabulousfinch » Mon Aug 17, 2009 8:52 pm

Hello everyone :D

We have just added a Gouldian Image Gallery to our website where I have posted quite a few pictures I took during my trip to Australia last year. Plenty of shots of wild Gouldians as well as other finches and wild birds in the Wyndham area.

You can view it here:
http://www.fabulousfinch.com/gouldian-f ... ctures.htm

I'll continue to add photos as I sift through them, but it is a pretty good start for now.

Cheers!

Thank you for sharing a bit of the natural beauty with us. The birds are spectacular. It was wonderful to see such a variety together in their natural surroundings.

Hello all,

Maybe I'm being a bit thick, but I can't find a "Reply" button to an individual message in this forum. So I'll just say thanks to you all from here :D

Mick: You bet I'd like to come back. Had a trip scheduled last April, but was hit by a tornado 3 days before I was due to leave and had to cancel.

And several of you have mentioned "a little bit of heaven" and "seeing all those species together." Sometimes I felt like a kid at a petting zoo, there were so many species flying around me: Cockatoos, Cockatiels, Soft Bills and Raptors...it just went on. One day I asked Mike how many species we saw, as I lost count, and he said about 80!

If someone could tell me how to reply to an individual message, that would be greatly appreciated :?

Thanks!
Bill
