Finch Keeping in SA

FYI

http://www.birdkeeper.co.za

These are good DVD's for info. Much of the info may or may not be applicable to your climate as they are specifically aimed at SA keepers (mediterranean to summer rainfall areas), outdoors. They give the specs of their benchmark, so it will give you an idea. They have good general info on housing, feeding and breeding. Species needs are looked at individually which is great.
I have DVD 2&3. One DVD is about African Finches, the other exotic Finches and their needs.

I find the narrator rather monotonous, but the information and visual aid is great.
