Is Millie a yellow head?

Post by Meagan83 » Tue Jun 22, 2010 6:56 pm

I never noticed her beak color when she was in breeding condition because it was so black, but now that it has lightened, it looks ORANGE! Is Millie genetically an orange head??? I would die of excitement! [-o<
Millie is the white breasted gould in the pic. The colored in juvie next to her is for good comparison.

It's strange, because her parents were both red heads... But the breeder told me his pair would throw red, black, and yellow headed off spring.
