I recently read this on efinch, "Male and females: The tear drop mark of birds that are split for BC are often enlarged or will have black feathering into the cheek area. Males can often show some black in the flanks as well."
I've always wondered if my cfw zarkava was split to black cheek as her tear mark seems to go into her cheek. Anyone got opinions.
He's a pic of her:

Re: Is she split to black cheek?
It is quite possible with the tearmark she has. Thought this can often be very hard to tell until you test it out it breeding, Roy on efinch also told me once and showed me pictures that showed that the splits for bc can be very hard to detect and do not always show big tear marks.
But I find it highly likely that this bird is split since the tear marks does bleed out in the cheek.

Funny that you should ask. In looking at the pics you included on your other post I noticed that about your CFW hen. We have two CFW girls that look very similar but as Ameza said, their lineage that has yet to be confirmed by breeding.
