new zebra chicks

Post by HoangQuan » Mon Apr 09, 2012 2:53 am

I haven't heard anything in the nests for quite a while, since all of my gouldians are molting. But last week, I was given a clutch of 4 zebra eggs from a friend. I put them under my societies, and now I see these little things start begging for food..

they remind me so much of Dandelion flying everywhere in a windy evening...one thing different is now they're laying peacefully in my hand :)
I saw one with red eyes and one with black eyes already, we'll see what will they turn out to be, I'll keep us posts.
2 vietnamese greenfinches, 2 gouldians, 2 javas, 5 strawberries. and still try to have more :D
