Black cheek being recessive you will get

100% normal/bc

unless she is carrying the bc gene, if so you will get

50% bc
50% normal/bc

So the babies would be half Bc and half normal? will the Bc show up in his male offspring?

with a BC paired with a normal the offspring will not have a large BC patch but a wider broader tear.

Refer to the section under Identifying splits on http://www.efinch.com/species/bczeb.htm

there is a photo for reference.

To get a full black cheek you can take the splits and pair them with full BC or other splits to BC.

this is what you will get with your splits paired to a full BC
50% Normal/Black cheeked
50% Black cheeked

this is what you will get if you pair a split with a split
50% Normal/Black cheeked
25% Normal
25% Black cheeked

this site will aid in trying to figure out which baby is split to BC and which is not since with a BC and normal pairing not all will get the BC trait in second and third generation pairings. There are physical markers to show splits.
