We went to stewards bird farm last week I was hoping to get some cfw and fawn to replace the ones I've lost recently

Traffic was bad and we got there 30 minutes before closing. Not enough time to look around and I couldn't think straight !
All the cfw had feathers missing, thinking back feathers re grow I should've bought one since I can't find one anywhere. I got a pair of English black cheeks, English fawn male and a unknown male who I thought was fawn. Pics of English fawn and unknown below

Yes, the back feathers would have grown back on the CFW's, but you went with your gut instinct/intuition, so be at peace.
The male you are asking about looks like a Silver Isabel a.k.a Silver Florida Fancy.

Here's the 3 I also got from stewards. The plain female was in the cage with the black cheeks, is she split for something ? All the tail bars look like blobs to me
