Post by gpeene » Mon Jun 16, 2014 2:42 pm

Continued from my last post, this is getting me really interested in gouldian genetics/colours.
Right I now know that I have a (BH split to YH.PB split to WB.SF Pastel Blue cock). and a
(YH.WB.Normal hen) so what are the offspring??? will they be splits? I need to know so I can buy mates for them and get the colours I am after

Thanks everyone

George

If the father is SF Pastel Blue then yes, all of the offspring are split for blue.

Left to right, that means you've got:
BH/YH, WB Normal/Blue Hen

OH (possibly split/BH), Purple/White, Normal/Blue Male

BH YTB, Purple/White, Normal/Blue Hen
